Requirements: 2–3 years in marketing/administration, strong organisation and communication skills, familiarity with CRM platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Canva or Adobe tools preferred. Real estate background helpful but not required.

PART-TIME FINANCIAL MODELING/ANALYST

Description: Create financial models, analyze property performance, and support investment decisions. Prepare cash flow projections, valuations, and market research reports.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance/Real Estate, Excel expertise, 1+ years financial analysis experience, understanding of CRE metrics.

FULL-TIME COMMERCIAL LEASING/SALES ASSOCIATE

Description: Generate leads, represent clients in leasing/sales transactions, negotiate deals, and maintain client relationships. Analyze market conditions and prepare property listings.

Requirements: Real estate license, 2+ years CRE experience, strong negotiation skills, proven sales track record.

PART-TIME COMMERCIAL LEASING/SALES ASSOCIATE

Description: Support leasing/sales transactions, assist with property showings, conduct market research, and maintain property databases.

Requirements: Real estate license, customer service experience, flexible schedule, strong organizational skills.
